At this time all Center for Urology locations will remain open. To ensure our patients and employees well-being, a mandatory screening will take place before entering all Center for Urology locations. If you have cough, fever, or shortness of breath please call us to reschedule your appointment. If you are older, have severe underlying medical conditions, or are immunocompromised call us to talk about your upcoming appointments.
Please note, only patients will be authorized to enter our facilities. Visitor, drivers, etc… will be asked to kindly wait outside.
To reduce community transmission, protect the safety of our patients and staff while continuing to provide the highest quality of care, Center for Urology is offering Telehealth Video visits for established and new patients.
Virtual Visits, also known as telemedicine, allows patients who don’t need to be physically present at a CFU location to schedule a video visit with their provider and continue their care without interruption.
To make or change your appointment to telehealth please call our office. You will need to provide us with your mobile phone number and mobile service carrier (ie, Verizon, AT&T, etc) and/or an email address.
You have a video visit with an CFU provider scheduled. If you have not done so already, please click on the link you received in either a text or email to test your device. You can use a smart phone or computer. Please make sure your device has a video camera and is using one of the following compatible browsers: Android: Chrome, Opera, Samsung, EdgeiOS: Safari Windows: Chrome, Opera, Firefox Mac: Safari, Chrome
If your link is sent by text, please click on the link to make sure your device is compatible. Be sure to ALLOW video access and microphone access so the doctor can see and hear you.
If your link is sent by email, please OPEN ON THE DEVICE YOU WILL BE USING FOR THE VIDEO VISIT, then click on the link in the email to make sure your device is compatible.
If there is a problem with the video or the browser, you will see a message stating the issue. Please try updating your browser, or using another device if possible. If you do not have a compatible device, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE SO THAT WE CAN RESCHEDULE.
When it’s time for your visit, just click on the link from your supported device. If your provider hasn’t joined the video visit yet, you will see the screen stating Waiting for the doctor to Connect. Once you are both connected, your visit will begin. If your doctor is running behind schedule you may have an extended wait for him to join the call. Your video will display in the upper right corner of the screen. The provider’s visit will display larger in the middle of the screen. There will be three buttons displaying towards the bottom of the screen. If you do not see them, click or touch the screen for them to appear.
